“Oasco Travel”, “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to Oasco Travel, the company providing inbound and outbound travel services.
“User”or “you” refers to the individual or entity using our services or website.
“Services” refers to all travel services provided, including bookings, tours, transportation, and accommodations.
Oasco Travel offers a range of travel services, including but not limited to:
Tour packages (inbound and outbound)
Hotel accommodations
Flight and transportation bookings
Travel consultancy and assistance
Allocated translators along with tour guides
Can assist clients in arranging visa for Sri Lanka, if required, prior to their visit.”
Bookings must be made through our official website, over the phone, or through authorized agents.
50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance should be paid upon arrival in Sri Lanka, and payment can be made in client’s local currency.
Prices and availability are subject to change, and any price changes will be communicated before finalizing your booking.
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment and issuance of a booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel a booking, the following cancellation fees may apply, depending on the service or tour booked:
Booking Cancellation Terms
Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure incur a 10-20% fee; those made within 30 days may incur 50-100% fees depending on provider policies.
No-Show Policy: Customers who do not show up without prior cancellation will not receive refunds.
Amendments: Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may have additional fees. Requests must be submitted within a specific timeframe.
Refund Processing: Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 14-30 days, minus applicable fees.
Force Majeure: Cancellations due to force majeure may receive partial or full refunds based on the situation and provider policies.
Changes to the route during the trip or after arrival in Sri Lanka will incur additional charges, based on the new itinerary.
For any changes or cancellations, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary documents (passport, visa, etc.) for your trip.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the country you are visiting.
Oasco Travel is not responsible for any travel disruptions, cancellations, or issues arising from force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
We recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance. Oasco Travel does not provide travel insurance, but we can assist with recommendations if needed.
Oasco Travel acts as an intermediary for third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators. We are not responsible for any damages, loss, or injury arising from these services.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific travel service, and we are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses.
Oasco Travel reserves the right to change, modify, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to you as soon as possible.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka .
